The Ivy Haus was formed with a vision to provide an extremely high level of service to a select group of clients. At the helm, husband and wife Justin and Molly Daly serve as co-founders and offer their extensive knowledge of various markets and all things real estate. Licensed in New York and Florida the partnership has successfully completed thousands of transactions valued at over $1 billion dollars. Currently the firm represents several prominent developers and investors with over 1,000 rental units under management. Rounded out by a highly capable team of agents that focus on buyer and seller representation as well as leasing and management. As a team we have specialists in multiple disciplines including, condominium, coop, new development and muti-family investments.
Justin and Molly have enjoyed great success in their respective real estate careers. By starting young they have been fortunate enough to amass a portfolio of their own. Drawing from their decades of experience, the duo has advised everyone from first time home buyers to the most seasoned investors. As a graduate of FIT, Molly began her career with a large fashion house in Manhattan before transitioning to her passion in the NY real estate market. Justin made his first real estate investment at 21 years old and hasn't looked back. Starting his sales career with prominent new developments throughout Brooklyn and Queens, Justin quickly developed a reputation as the “go to” agent for projects throughout the boroughs.
